Would you like to find out how this works with free improvised movement? Do you generally like moving to groovy music and would like to try it out? I’d be happy to help you get started.

First we warm up the body with simple movements to groovy swing music, then we try out improvisations in a playful way.

Improvising is like talking: after all, every conversation is improvised: Someone speaks, you listen and you speak your own combination of words, which your counterpart takes up again to give you back a new combination of words… So your movement can also be a question-answer game with music.
